1. External Service Terms
PicklePrism utilizes YouTube API Services to provide high-quality tactical indexing. By using this application, you hereby agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
Our platform provides significant independent value by layering human-curated metadata over public video content for educational purposes; please note that all user data is handled in accordance with the Google Privacy Policy.
2. Proprietary Rights in Metadata
All metadata, including but not limited to timestamps, shot labels, tactical annotations, player tracking data, and structural indices (collectively, "Metadata"), created or displayed on the Platform are the exclusive property of PicklePrism. PicklePrism retains all right, title, and interest in and to this Metadata, which is protected by copyright and trade secret laws as a proprietary database.
Any unauthorized extraction of the Platform's proprietary database for the purpose of creating a competing service, training artificial intelligence (AI) or machine learning models, or commercial redistribution is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and legal action.
